Ceruzzi Properties has unveiled the elegant Champalimaud-designed amenity suite at their Midtown Manhattan luxury condo The Centrale. The 71-story Pelli Clarke Pelli-designed building is home to a double-height lobby, pet-friendly Garden Terrace, and luxe Club Terrace, with ample seating and tables- perfect for gathering with friends or taking some time to read a good book. The wet bar is ideal for enjoying company without hitting the town. “We approached the design of The Centrale with the idea of creating something that would serve as a luxurious respite amidst the hustle and bustle of the outside world,” says designer Alexandra Champalimaud.
